We’re going above and beyond to reduce our environmental impact. At Hollinwood Junction we are targeting BREEAM Excellent Certification, highlighting our commitment to creating environmentally sustainable structures that benefit both our communities and our planet.

Our forward-thinking approach includes EV chargepoint access on approximately 20% of parking spaces, a perimeter footpath, dedicated cycle shelters and showers for each unit, encouraging healthy and sustainable commuting options.

The building has been designed with energy efficiency in mind, with 10% solar panel coverage on roofs, air source heat pumps, LED lighting, efficient appliances, and smart design to maximise natural lighting and ventilation. We are using recycled, thermally efficient, and low-carbon building
materials where possible and considering the environmental impact of materials across their life cycle.

Targeting an EPC “A” Energy Efficiency Rating and achieving a 27% reduction in carbon emissions relative to current local authority baseline, Hollinwood Junction sets the gold standard in reducing carbon footprints and operational costs.
